Protesters urge governor to OK foam burning ban

Liz Moran of New York Public Interest Research Group stands outside the state Capitol with other protesters to urge Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo to sign legislation that bans the burning of toxic firefighting foam (AFFF) at the Norlite Hazardous Waste incinerator in Cohoes and throughout all of New York State on Friday in Albany.
