COMPUTER UPGRADE from Thursday Sept. 1 through Tuesday, Sept. 6. All state MVD Offices will close at noon on Friday, Sept. 2 and re-open Tuesday, Sept. 6. Customers will be unable to perform vehicle transactions starting on Thursday night and driver’s transactions beginning Friday at noon. Customers will be unable to perform online, in person, or phone transactions during the upgrade. All services will be restored on Tuesday morning.
