Elias Unger, proprietor of Unger's bakery, located at 968 E. 105th Street, for the past 24 years, announces the opening of another store at 1831 S. Taylor Road, on Sunday, Jan. 15.
Mr. Unger, who learned the baking trade in Europe, came to this country with his wife and three sons and soon after opened his E. 105th Street store. His two sons, Ed and Ben. are managing the stores. Harold, the third son, is a physician in Kansas City, Mo. In the new store Unger's have installed all the latest in baking equipment. A separatoi room with needed equipment will be utilized for all baked goods made with milk and butter. During the entire time Unger's have been ir business they have been known te adhere strictly to Kosher regulations. Baked goods for weddings Bar Mitzvahs and all other affairs will be available at both stores Souvenirs will be given away at the
S. Taylor Road store on openinj day. Both stores will remain closec on the Sabbath and on all Jewisl holidays.
