An article written in the Thursday, January 10 edition about the Goree Scholarship Winners included an incorrect statement. It said, “The scholarships include tuition and books, but do not cover living expenses.” The scholarships DO cover living expenses, such as room and board, and miscellaneous expenses such as transportation, supplies and personal expenses.
