On June 28, the community of Brighton, Colo., announced its list of four finalists for the city manager position, including
HOBBS CITY MANAG-ER J.J. MURPHY. Other finalists included Benjamin Brezina of Frisco, Texas, David Niemeyer of Tinley Park, Ill., and Phillip Rodriguez of Athens, Texas. Brighton held an open house for the candidates on July 6 and interviews with the candidates on July 7.
